Hello and happy Mindful Monday. And thank you for being here again.

So today we’re talking about something that we all do, something that lives with each of us. I think we talk about that each Monday, that’s the intention. Last week we spoke about trust, the week before, inspiration, right? It’s so important that we share this information so that everyone who desires can have the life that they want.

So today we’re going to talk about self-talk, that talk that goes on inside your head that no one else knows about and how that self-talk absolutely impacts how you see the world. It absolutely impacts how you’re living.

So let’s think about this for a moment. If your self-talk is, when you look in the mirror, when you’re waking up in the morning that you are unattractive, that you aren’t worthy, that you are less than, you can just go down that spiral, right? Then how do you operate throughout the day when someone maybe looks at you in a way that I would perceive as inquisitive, the person who has the negative self-talk will perceive that as, “Oh, they’re thinking something negatively about me.” You see that? That really influences the way you’re walking through the world. The self-talk that you’re having.

It’s so important to self-talk that I actually, I don’t know if you have it or not, if you don’t have it, download it now or when I finish this video, an eBook that’s titled “Learn You More, Love You More”, and it’s the perfect love story. It begins with you, here it is. And the first part of this beautiful eBook, I printed it because I use it. The first part of the eBook is embrace the day. Look, I went through it. I use it so often it’s automatically with me on its own. It’s called embrace the day. And it’s the self-talk that happens first thing in the morning.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to go and pick up my own eBook that I wrote to remind me, and I liked to put it in my hand even though I know what it says, to remind me of how important self-talk is, what I’m saying to myself.

So let’s think about this, use your self-talk to up-level your life, to benefit your life instead of giving you the wonky.

So when you wake up in the morning, if your self-talk is anything other than loving, change it. Say to yourself, I am valuable, I am precious, I am magnificent, I make a contribution to myself, to my family, to my friends, and then go through the day watching how your world looks differently because of your self-talk.

Self-talk, positive self-talk. Imagine what your days will look like when you do it. So do it

That’s all for now. Have a beautiful today. [Kiss] Grab it, put it in your heart and keep it there.
